On this very special Valentine's Day, (cause what day of love isn’t special?) we wanted to share a story of romance that we were lucky enough to be a part of here at Stately.

When Adam first met Dena he didn’t know that he had met the woman who was going to change his life forever.  She was a new intern at his office’s gym and when the two of them met they became quick friends.  During his lunchtime workouts he and Dena would chat and eventually became good friends.

After a year of being friends, they decided to take their friendship to the next level and the rest, as they say, is history…

“I think the fact that we were strictly friends for over a year set the foundation for our great relationship,” and that since they have been dating things have been “amazing.”

Adam decided that there was only one thing left to do at that time, and that was pop the question.  He had the perfect girl, the perfect place, date and setting, but there was only one thing that he was missing: the perfect outfit.

When longtime member Adam reached out to Stately he thought that, with only two weeks left until the big occasion, he would only be able to get styling guidance on what to wear on the magical night he had planned. Little did he know that at Stately, we are hopeless romantics who were honored that a member would think of us for such a special moment and were excited to make it the most special (and Stately!) night of his life!

When Adam proposed to his now fiancé Dena, the last thing that he was worried about were his clothes since we had him covered.

According to Adam, “the outfit was one less thing to be concerned with because it was taken care of.”

Dressed to the nines, Adam proposed to Dena on the bridge that they walked on their first date, and 1,015 days later, the couple entered into the next phase of their relationship; planning for their future. Adam even had a special surprise, their mutual friend, Sarah Swain, a photographer, was there to take pictures of the big moment, some which he shared with us!

From all of us here at Stately, we would like to thank Adam for letting us be a part of his and Dena's special day and we wish them both a lifetime of happiness and love as they they continue their fairytale together!
